  • Created and updated components, pages, and tests for SaaS RESTful website apps using React, JavaScript/Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, React Testing Library, Jest, and Material-UI, ensuring responsive and accessible components.
  • Contributed to and maintained a custom UI component library used across multiple codebases, with documentation and tests for each component, which were previewed using Storybook.
  • Collaborated with backend, product, and design teams to translate Figma designs and backend API contracts into frontend actionable steps in Jira tickets with documentation linking to BE tickets and prototype designs in Figma.
  • Participated in the entire software development lifecycle, including design feedback, scoping, implementation, testing, and deployment of features and visual and functional bug fixes.
  • Analyzed and improved code quality and testing coverage (>90%) through peer reviews, SonarCloud reports, and unit testing components throughout UX flows based on Test Driven Development (TDD).

Pair programming was always one of my favorite opportunities to learn and check understanding.

Software Development Intern

  • Replaced IAM scripts for updated infrastructure moving towards managing Okta hosted microservices through the use of Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, and AWS, engaging in CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and deployment.
